We manufacture DVD disks by classical technology - professionally speaking, by REPLICATION. Present technology is also named pressing or disks prefabrication. Unlike widespread technology of disk manufacturing by reproduction, in which disk copying is produced by writing on blank CD-R disk, in replication data is recorded on disk by industrial press. Figuratively speaking, firstly disk negative, also called stamper, is produced in factory by mastering, and then by the instrumentary of this negative copies of the disk are manufactured. Mastering is performed on the most up-to-date mastering system DMS Evolution by Singulus Mastering BV, manufactured in Holland. Compact disks replication is performed on high-duty line SKYLINE II by well-known German manufacturing enterprise Singulus Technologies AG. For image deposition we use two industrial technologies, giving the opportunity of obtaining best quality - silk-screening and offset printing.

If Your layout includes vector images, fonts, logotypes, proprietary colors - Pantones - printing is performed on silk-screen printing equipment by German manufacturer Werner - KAMMANN 15-I.

If photo quality is needed, we use offset printer by world leader Werner Kammann - KAMMANN 15-40.

CD Replication Price

For CD compact disk (CD-ROM) replication order execution supply of following source materials is needed :

• Letter of commitment or license contract, confirming customer's sufficient causes (rights) for replication of the required information.
• Source compact disk information, which should be presented on individual medium: CD-R disk with obligatory closed session, in case of transferring of source information via Internet source material should be converted into disk image file (*.iso), and file, describing contents of disk image (folders and files quantity, disk size), should be enclosed.
• Electronic file with disk design layout (knurling) on any other medium (CD-R, DVD-R, E-mail) in Adobe Illustrator format (*.ai , *.eps) or Adobe Photoshop format (*.tiff , *.psd).
• Color testing or sample color chip - if exact color matching is necessary.
• In case of Pantone colors using in layout - printout with all Pantone numbers indication, possibly with Pantone numbers indication in layout itself.

It is necessary to know :

• Source disk should be supplied exactly in the same format that the supposed result of manufacturing, not as disk image or disk folder.
• For CD-ROM compact disk production You should supply materials in disk image file format or as a recorded CD-R.
• Recorded on CD-RW, DVD±R, DVD±RW, DVD-RAM RAM information sources for CD-ROM manufacturing would not be taken into work.
• Closing of disk recording session is obligatory, in order that nobody could have the possibility of disk contents changing.
• Source disk becomes master and is stored within 14 days after copies shipping, whereupon it is obliterated.
• Materials, supplied for manufacturing (films, files, printing samples) are stored for 14 days, whereupon they are obliterated.
• Negative is stored within 12 months, whereupon it is also obliterated, but on the request of the customer it may be stored for unlimited period of time.
• Owing to the specific requirements to negatives (matrixes) storage, matrixes, handed to the customer after replication, are not taken back into work.
• When You are supplying source image for compact disk surface printing as COREL file format (*.cdr), we cannot guarantee color rendering accuracy, and ample quantity of artifacts is also possible.
• Files, intended for internet pages publication or preliminary acquaintance (*.jpg, *.jpeg, *.gif, *.png) are not taken into work due to low quality.
• Image should be transferred in CMYK color model, for colors may significantly differ from visible while using other color model.
• All layout fonts should be converted into curves.
• Bitmapped part of the image should have at least 300 dpi resolution.
